Be a Soccer Referee!

Referees

• Teenagers wanting to stay involved in our club and have some soccer experience.
• Referees get training by our club before the season.
• A commitment to certain days of the week help provide a regular schedule.
• Division assignments are based on referee experience, ability, and reliability.
• an excellent way to develop leadership skills while gaining some work experience.

Assistants Coaches

• Referees are encouraged to be assistant coaches.
• Referees who commit to being an Assistant Coach will be given high preference for working as referees on days when their team is not playing.
• Referees in an Assistant Coach role will be given first opportunities to fill in as a referee if a substitute is needed.
• Availability must be known at the start of the season (vacations, travel team conflicts, other sports, ...). Lack of commitment, communication, or reliability will result in removal from the schedule.

The season will run from 6/1 to 7/29 (with a break from 7/4 to 7/10).
