Our Club is working with Akron and Tri-Town Soccer Clubs to help as many players stay/get involved in soccer as possible.

When you register for Alden, our club communicates with the other clubs to determine which teams have coaches set and players registered for the age divisions. If Alden does not have a team within 2 years, i.e. 2009 with 2008, then the player gets refunded the full registration cost, minus transaction fees. Contact Club V.P.  and Travel Coordinator -  Janae Clark (janae.l.clark@gmail.com)  with questions.

• GIRLS - 2013, 2014, 2015 (Co-Ed or Girls U11)
• BOYS - 2010 and 2011 (U14), or 2013 (Co-Ed U11)

Epic Center Training ... Indoor Turf Training 

• Saturdays 1:00-3:00pm
• Times and dates are coach/team specific

Alden Primary Gym Training

• Mondays and Wednesday 6:00-8:00pm
• Times and dates are coach/team specific
• January - April

Notice for 2024 Travel Registration

The following new dates and costs will be in effect to ensure teams are formed at the correct age and skill divisions.

• Early Registration Cost    $300 - August 1st
• Registration     $375 - February 21st

Travel 2024 Timeline:

• Fall, Winter, Spring Training - coaches will develop a plan based on player interest and availability for Alden Gym and other Indoor Facility Use.
• All age groups will have Indoor Training on the turf at Epic Center on Saturday afternoons from Dec. 2 - April 4, 2024.  Times TBD.

• Indoor League Sessions (Sahlens or Epic) will be selected by Travel Coaches based on their team's registered and interested players. The Winter Sessions are optional and require communication with coaches in September and October to make informed team decisions. Sahlen's Session are Winter A (Nov/Dec), Winter B (Jan/Feb), Spring (Mar/Apr)
• Enhanced Elite Training is available on an individual basis and in small groups at an extra cost. These will sometimes involve other Elite players from neighboring soccer clubs. Contact Club V.P.  Janae Clark (janae.l.clark@gmail.com)  for more details.
• Mandatory practices for the Travel Spring season start in late March.  
• Late May / Early June - games begin once per week.

Divisions by Birth Year for 2024 (REFERENCE)

• U10-2014, 2015, 2016
• U11-2013, U12-2012, U13-2011, U14-2010, U15-2009,  U16-2008, U17-2007, U19-2005

Uniforms

• New or replacement  - approximately $100 order and paid online by parents and delivered to the home.
• Uniform will be used for all indoor (if applicable) and Travel seasons through 2025, minimum.
  • Go to soccer.com and select "Find Your Team Store". Then type in "Alden Soccer Club".
    • Required: blue jersey, yellow jersey, blue shorts, blue socks.
    • Optional: Warm-Up pants and zip jacket, bag, other items.
    • Uniforms are male/female with sizing charts).
  • Allow 5 weeks for delivery, but many sizes arrive in 2 weeks.

2024 Coaches will get 50% off one player early registration.

2024 Coaches (Planned). Parent "managers" and assistant coaches are encouraged.  Club sponsored coach training is planned.
